OUR NEXT CHAPTER

Support for the work.
Space for the vision.

Running a business means juggling the details while trying to make progress on the bigger picture. We believe the right support should make both feel more manageable.

Co-founded by Andrew and Nicole Lazar, Lazar & Company combines dependable virtual assistance with white glove in person support and antique authentication. Clear responsibilities, personal attention, and confidentiality guide the way we work.

We take the time to understand your priorities, define a useful starting scope, and build a working relationship around clear communication.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

A personal approach.
A practical mindset.

People come first.

We start with the person behind the business. Your priorities, your working style, and your relationships matter.

Clarity beats complexity.

Clear responsibilities, useful processes, and honest conversations help make support easier to manage.

Progress has a purpose.

We focus on work that helps your business move forward. Every new tool or process should solve an actual need.

A SIMPLE WAY FORWARD

Support that starts
with understanding you.

Clear starting plans.
A scope built around your business needs.

01

Start with your reality.

We get to know your business, your bottlenecks, and what you want to take off your plate.

02

Build the right support.

Together, we define the people, processes, and tools that fit your priorities.

03

Keep making it better.

We review what’s working, refine the handoff, and adjust as your business evolves.

A CLEAR START, TOGETHER

Your first month of virtual assistance,
with a plan.

01

Discover your priorities

We discuss your business, the tasks you want to hand off, your budget, and your preferred working hours.

02

Agree on the scope

Your written proposal confirms hours, delivery location, approvals, fees, and the initial task list. Sign and pay before access is granted.

03

Meet and prepare

We confirm the assistant and schedule a kickoff. Use individual accounts, limited permissions, and a password manager to share access.

04

Start with two tasks

We document instructions and an approved example, then review the first completed work together.

05

Review the first month

Weekly activity summaries keep hours and decisions visible. We review priorities and fit before the next month.

Standard kickoff and the initial handoff of up to two tasks are included within the first month’s account oversight allowance. Task execution uses your assistant hours. Start dates and any additional setup are confirmed in your proposal.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Clear expectations.
Practical safeguards.

Access stays in your control.

Agree on permissions before work starts. Use individual logins and limited access, with approval required for financial or sensitive actions.

Know who is doing the work.

Your scope confirms the assistant’s location, coverage hours, responsibilities, and your agency contact. Replacement or backup arrangements are agreed separately.

Keep responsibilities clear.

Agree on tasks, approvals, and access before work starts. Confidential information and sensitive actions require your permission.

WHITE GLOVE IN PERSON ASSISTANCE

Private lives. Professional care.

Our experience supporting high net worth individuals and celebrities informs an attentive, discreet approach to personal, administrative, and executive assistance. We bring the same care to private schedules, professional relationships, household details, and the information entrusted to us.

Discretion comes first.

Protect private routines, identities, locations, and relationships. Confidentiality expectations and any written agreements are established before work begins.

Access is intentional.

Agree on information access, approved contacts, spending authority, and the boundaries of each responsibility. Sensitive actions follow your instructions and approvals.

Service feels personal.

A thoughtful handoff captures your preferences, communication style, priorities, and expectations, with a defined point of contact throughout the engagement.
